What happens on a Winter Skatepark Pull Up Trip? (Schedule Description)
We'll head out on Friday afternoon at Dalhousie Church at 3:30pm, and make our way to Sylvan Lake, Alberta, stopping along the way for food.
We have full-access to the Incline Industries indoor skatepark from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.
Our time at the skatepark consists of free time to skateboard, or use the common space to hang out (there's lots of arcade games etc.).
At 8:00pm on Friday Night, we'll bring everyone together for Team Time; Mac, one of the leaders, will share a short Christian devotional thought for the evening. Closing the time in prayer, we'll head back to skateboarding, group games + contests, and using the common space.
This is a "lock-in" style event, where we'll all stay at the indoor skatepark in Sylvan Lake overnight. The space is secure, and safe to stay at.
On Saturday morning we'll eat breakfast, pack up our things, and skateboard at the space during the public drop-in time. In the mid-afternoon we'll pack up our things, making our way back to Calgary (Dalhousie Church) for 6:00pm.
What do I need to bring?
